  12. Cut the Samosa into 4 parts.
  13. Bring the edges together to form a cone.
  14. Seal the edges with a flour paste(which is flour +water), seal it well to avoid bursting.
  15. Fill the cone with the filling and seal the mouth.
  16. Repeat with the remaining dough.
  17. Fry on hot oil.
